Miss Novak joins the staff of an elite international boarding school to teach a class in conscious eating. Her pupils are eager to make a difference in the world and quickly fall under her spell as she explains that eating less is healthy and good for the environment. Soon, the line between education and manipulation begins to blur, as Miss Novak encourages the students to increasingly reduce their food consumption. Truly believing that they feel better, the students and their teacher test new limits. The boarding school’s staff and the distracted parents are slow to notice what is happening and by the time they begin to realize, Club Zero has become a reality.
